Live webcam from Mount Nakadake, a stratovolcano located on the island of Kyushu in Japan. It is part of the larger Aso caldera, one of the most active volcanic areas in Japan, and also one of the largest calderas in the world with a diameter of around 25 kilometers (16 miles).
It is located within the Aso Kuju National Park in Kumamoto Prefecture, on the island of Kyushu.
The peak of Mount Nakadake reaches an elevation of approximately 1,506 meters (4,941 feet).
The Mount Nakadake webcam points to the Kusasenri Observatory and the surrounding lakes.
