Kosino Thermal Waters health resort in the village of Kosino, Ukraine live webcam. Known as the “Golden Faucet of Kosino Health”, this unique pool adorned with fountains is located in the village of Kosino, situated in the Transcarpathian region, renowned for its mineral water sources. The therapeutic hot springs draw water from depths exceeding 1000 meters (3281 feet). This mineralized water, with a temperature of 42 degrees Celsius (109 fahrenheit) is known for its healing properties.
The “Golden Faucet of Health” in Kosino is a sizable pool featuring a fountain shaped like a crane, ingeniously designed to create the illusion that the tap is suspended in mid-air when in operation. Standing at 11 meters in height, the pool is surrounded by four additional symbolic sculptures:
- A coffee cup (height 3.2 meters)
- A beer mug (height 4.8 meters)
- A wine bottle (height 5.3 meters)
- A bottle for Palenque (local vodka, height 3 meters)
These sculptures represent popular local beverages, emphasizing wine, Palenque, beer, and coffee. The central sculpture in the pool symbolizes water as a vital source of health.
The entire structure stands at over 15 meters (49 feet) in height, with a pool diameter of 46 meters (151 feet). The construction involved using more than 2,000 tons of concrete mortar and 70 kilometers (43 miles) of metal reinforcement.
Geysers supply thermal water every hour, passing through tubes that infuse it with air to enhance its healing properties. Each fountain emits a distinct fragrance, thanks to the addition of special scents.
The pool operates daily from 9:00 to 20:00 (GMT+2), seven days a week.
