Live webcam showing the Rhine River in the small town of Rees, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The Rhine River is one of the longest rivers in Europe. The river begins in the Swiss Alps and flows north through the Lake Constance, before entering Germany and flowing through several cities, including Frankfurt, Cologne, Dusseldorf, and, of course, Rees. It then flows into the Netherlands and eventually empties into the North Sea.
