Norwegian Luna Webcam – Watch the Bow of a Prima Plus Ship

Stream hours: Norwegian Cruise Line puts a new image from the ship online about every 5 minutes, and the player loads each one by itself. After dark the picture is mostly black beyond the lit bow.

About this webcam
The Norwegian Luna Webcam is a forward ship camera on Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Luna, the second ship of the line’s Prima Plus series. It sits high above the bow and looks down over a pale curved rail lined with deck lamps, across the foredeck with its slender mast, and out to the water ahead. NCL publishes the camera as a still image, with the ship’s name, the date and the time in a small black box at the top left. The scene depends on where the ship is: open water and a long horizon on a sea day, then coastlines, harbor entrances, terminals and neighboring ships near land. After dark the lamps pick out the bow in black and white, and a bright streak of reflected light can lie across the sea.
About Norwegian Luna
Norwegian Luna is the fourth ship of NCL’s Prima family and a close sister of Norwegian Aqua. Fincantieri built her at Marghera, near Venice, and handed her over on March 5, 2026, as the 21st ship in the NCL fleet. She left Civitavecchia on March 10 for a 13-day Atlantic crossing that reached Miami on March 23, and she was christened at PortMiami four days later.
She measures 156,300 GT and 322 meters (1,056 feet), against 143,535 GT and 294 meters (965 feet) for Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva. She carries 3,565 passengers in 1,809 staterooms, with a crew of 1,597. She is registered at Nassau and flies the flag of the Bahamas. Her first season has focused on short Bahamas cruises and seven-day Caribbean itineraries.

What Can You See on the Norwegian Luna Webcam?
The bow takes up the lower third of the picture. A ribbed rail sweeps across the frame from left to right and encloses the foredeck, where the mast stands near the centerline on a low equipment base. Parts of the ship’s own structure, with railings, occupy the lower left edge. Above that line the picture follows the voyage: horizon and sky at sea, and breakwaters, terminal buildings and other ships closer to land. At night, curtains and a bright panel from inside the ship reflect in the glass in front of the lens and hang like ghosts across the right side of the frame. Those reflections fade once daylight outside overpowers them.
A Stretched Prima With Street Art on the Hull
The Prima Plus design adds a midbody section to the layout of the first two Prima ships, making Norwegian Luna about 10 percent larger than Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva. Her hull art comes from the street artist ELLE, who also served as the ship’s godmother. The family began with an order for four ships placed in 2017, and it continues with Norwegian Aura in 2027 and Norwegian Bella in 2028.
None of the additions appear on the Norwegian Luna Webcam, which only looks forward over the bow.
