The Attitash Mountain Village Webcam looks south from the entrance of the Attitash Mountain Village resort, across U.S. Route 302, to the base area and lower slopes of Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, New Hampshire. A flagpole and the resort’s roadside sign stand in the foreground, the highway crosses the middle of the frame, and beyond it lift lines climb open trails cut through hardwood forest. The view changes sharply with the seasons: green grass and full leaf in summer, orange and red slopes in early October, and snow on the trails and around the base buildings in winter. Because the camera faces the lower mountain, it is a quick way to judge snow cover at the bottom of the trails before making the drive into the White Mountains.

About Attitash Mountain Village

Attitash Mountain Village, now branded Attitash Village, is a four-season resort of rooms, suites and condominiums with full kitchens on Route 302 in Bartlett. The resort describes itself as steps from Attitash Ski Resort and minutes from downtown North Conway, which lies about 9 kilometers (5.5 miles) to the east in a straight line. On the property there is an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor skating rink, a firepit, and its own snowshoe and Nordic trails.

The mountain across the road is Attitash, one of two peaks at the ski area along with Bear Peak. Attitash rises from a base of 183 meters (600 feet) to a summit of 716 meters (2,350 feet), a vertical drop of 533 meters (1,750 feet), while Bear Peak tops out at 625 meters (2,050 feet). Together they carry 68 trails over 126 hectares (311 acres), served by eight chairlifts and a magic carpet. Vail Resorts has owned the ski area since 2019. The base buildings, the bottom of the lift lines and the lower trails are what fill this frame.

The resort and the ski area both sit in the town of Bartlett, which was incorporated in 1790 and had 3,200 residents at the 2020 census. The Saco River drains the town on its way out of the mountains, and the villages of Glen, Intervale and Lower Bartlett lie within its borders. The highest point in town is Mount Tremont, at 1,027 meters (3,371 feet).

Weather and Climate at Attitash

Winters in this part of the Mount Washington Valley are cold and snowy. The nearest long-term record, at North Conway, gives a January average high of about -2°C (29°F) and an average low of -14°C (7°F). Attitash reports an average of about 305 centimeters (120 inches) of snow a season, and in the ski season the Attitash Mountain Village Webcam can show the base area under snow, with skiers coming down the lower trails. Spring arrives slowly. April afternoons average around 10°C (50°F), and nights still fall to around freezing.

Summers are warm, with July highs near 27°C (81°F) and lows around 14°C (57°F) at North Conway. Autumn is the season this camera shows best. October highs average around 15°C (59°F), and in the first week of October 2026 the trees between the trails had turned orange, red and gold against the darker green of the conifers. Precipitation is spread fairly evenly through the year, at roughly 90 to 160 millimeters (3.5 to 6.3 inches) a month, so low cloud and showers can hide the top of the frame on any day.

Things to Do Near Attitash Mountain Village

In winter the main draw is right across the road: Attitash and Bear Peak, with their 68 trails. Cross-country skiers have Bear Notch Ski Touring in Bartlett, and the resort’s own snowshoe and Nordic trails start on the property, along with the skating rink. Attitash has kept its summer attractions closed in recent seasons to concentrate on winter upgrades, so warm-weather visitors now spread out across the rest of the valley.

Story Land, a theme park aimed at young children, is in the village of Glen a short drive east along Route 302. Diana’s Baths, a run of cascades and pools on Lucy Brook, and Goodrich Falls on the Ellis River are both within the town of Bartlett. The Conway Scenic Railroad runs excursion trains out of North Conway, and Route 302 continues west through Bartlett village toward Crawford Notch. Mount Washington, the highest peak in the Northeast at 1,917 meters (6,288 feet), stands about 22 kilometers (13 miles) to the north.
